Recycling Glass Bottles
Glass is 100% recyclable and is recycled forever without need of quality and purity . New Glass Bottles are mostly made by silica sand then the silica sand is melted into furnace at a high rise temperature .
What happens to the old glass bottles?
They put the bits of glass in a recycling large container and then it’s taken by a heavy truck and token to a waste recycling plant, were there crushed into bits .
Where does the crushed glass go?
The broken bits of glass are sent to a heavy truck then to a bottle factory . This is the part where the crushed bits and silica sand are combined then melted into a furnace in low temperature than into new glass .
How are the new recycled bottles made?
Once the liquid glass drawn out of the furnace and put into machinery which makes glass into bottles . Recycled glass can be recycled forever .
